You can choose your room from four categories. Each room has its very own flair and features. Unique ancient furniture complement our standard features with a double bed made of arolla pine or cherry wood, a balcony, a modern bathroom with WC and shower, Satellite TV, safe as well as a small fridge.

Our prices are quoted per night and room at a minimum stay of three nights.
The breakfast is not included. For 13 € per day and person you can enjoy our daily breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

We are looking forward upon your arrival between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please note that we charge additional 20 € per hour for a check-in after 8:00 p.m. without prior notification or agreement, past 10:00 p.m. an arrival is not possible.
Our check-out time is 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.

Kids: Up to the age of three they are free of charge; the four, five and six year old relish their stay for only 15 € per night.
All kids which are four to nine years old get a discount of 4 € per day at our breakfast.

Car parking is a matter of course.
You have a bigger vehicle than a usual car? Please let us know in advance so we can keep an appropriate parking space. A trailer is charged with an extra fee of 3 € per day.

Inside our house as well as inside all closed rooms smoking is completely forbidden. Please use the balcony or one of our the terraces and simultanously take advantage of the great view and the fresh air South Tyrol has to provide.

Unfortunately, all your pets have to stay at home – we are keeping free-range chicken at our farm and we own dogs, cats and other small animals which are not used to foreign animals.

In the event of a short-notice cancellation fewer than 14 days and non-arrival or early departure, a minimum of 100 % of the cost of the (remaining) holiday will be invoiced.
